Welcome to Frinton Links Golf Club. By using our website (www.frintongolfclub.com), visiting our premises, booking tee times or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our site or facilities.

1 | General Club Rules

1.1 All players must hold a valid green-fee receipt or membership card before play.
1.2 Proper golf attire and soft-spike shoes are required on the courses and practice areas.
1.3 Play must begin from the 1st tee unless authorised by the Pro Shop.
1.4 Slow play: groups that lose a clear hole must invite faster groups to play through.
1.5 The Club reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or offensive.

2 | Bookings & Cancellations

2.1 Tee-time reservations can be made online, by phone (01255 674 618) or in person at the Pro Shop.
2.2 Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before play receive a full refund; within 48 hours, a credit may be offered at the Club’s discretion.

3 | Membership

3.1 Membership categories, fees and benefits are detailed on the Membership page of our website and may change annually.
3.2 Subscriptions are payable in full on 1 June each year unless a monthly payment plan has been arranged through our approved provider.
3.3 The Club may terminate or suspend membership for breach of Club rules or non-payment of fees.

4 | Events & Functions

4.1 Private functions and open competitions are subject to separate booking forms and terms issued by the Events team.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit is payable to secure an event date. Final numbers and balances are due 14 days prior to the event.

5 | Liability

5.1 Golf is a hazardous sport; players and visitors enter the courses and practice areas at their own risk.
5.2 Frinton Links Golf Club accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property except where caused by our negligence.

6 | Intellectual Property

All content, logos and imagery on this site are the property of Frinton Links Golf Club unless credited otherwise. Use or reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

7 | Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
